By creating an account, downloading, or using RideMate, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RideMate is a platform that connects motorcycle learner riders with experienced supervisors in Australia. The App facilitates:

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

4. Supervisors and Learners

Supervisors represent and warrant that they hold a valid open motorcycle licence (RE or R class) as required under applicable Australian state/territory road rules to act as a supervising rider.

Learners represent and warrant that they hold a valid learner or provisional motorcycle licence and will comply with all conditions attached to that licence during any ride facilitated through the App.

Compliance with all road rules, licence conditions, and safety requirements is the sole responsibility of each user.

6. Safety and Liability Disclaimer

Riding motorcycles carries inherent risks. RideMate provides a connection platform only and does not supervise, endorse, or control the conduct of any user during a ride.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review each other following completed rides. By submitting a rating or review you confirm it is honest and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the property of Aussie Avatar PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, without notice or liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
