Account deletion is immediate and permanent. This action cannot be undone.
You can delete your RideMate account at any time directly from within the app. Deletion is processed immediately — no waiting period, no email required.
How to delete your account
Open the RideMate app
Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm deletion
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm to permanently delete your account and all associated data immediately.
Don't have the app?
Download RideMate to sign in and delete your account directly.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot sign in or access the app, contact our support team and we will process the deletion manually within 30 days.

The following data is permanently removed when your account is deleted:
Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
Your motorcycles and associated photos
Ride history, booking records, and messages
App preferences and notification settings
Login credentials and authentication tokens
Data retained after deletion
Some data must be kept to comply with Australian legal obligations. This data is anonymised where possible and is not used for any other purpose.

Please note
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone. Any active ride requests should be resolved before deleting. If you have outstanding disputes, please contact support@ridemate.club first.
